Annual trip to San Diego for 4th of July

Family picture at the Zoo.
The boys with their San Diego grandparents.
Where shall we go next?!

Micah with a panda in background, he looks a little nervous.
Swimming with floaties only.
I hope Tim and I can live in paradise when both boys are grown and on their own.
At Seaport Village, cool place!
Tim acted like he was going to throw me in the water.

For the past three years we've gone to San Diego for the 4th of July, this year was really cool though because Tim's parents moved right smack in the middle of downtown San Diego. Talk about anything and everything to see, it was a great time! Lots of that time was spent in the pool, Micah did great with just arm floaties and Noah was jumping off the side of the pool like it was nothing new to him by the last day. I think our trips to San Diego will be what we all miss the most when we finally leave California.
We've also gone each year to a special church service held for the 4th of July at Tim's parents church. They do a great job in honoring all that have served and continue to serve in the military. This year Tim's stepdad scolded me for crying too much, what can I say, I am proud of my military family and others as well. It is the ulitmate sacrific! :) At the end of the service they call for all veterans to come on stage and recieve a metal, Tim is so humble and never wants to go up, each year he does and now he has three metals.
